It's that time of year again, so book it in your diaries. The IBC Christmas Party will be on Saturday 6th December 2025!
We know this is an event you guys look forward to each year, and I was thinking about taking it off-site this year, but we've decided to hope for good weather (so we're not all crammed inside), and give it another run at the Beer Shed.
When: Saturday 6th December 2025
Time: 2.30pm start. Please DO NOT arrive early - we are usually racing to get things ready on time as it is!
Finish: we will be calling last drinks at 5.30pm with a view to being packed up and on our way by 6pm. We have to be stricter than last year!
Cost: $20.00 - yep, for the first time we are asking for a contribution to the afternoon. (Ticket link here)
Who: Members and partners only. With more local members than ever before, we need to be mindful of numbers. (Special circumstances may be considered!)
We will have some tasting platters throughout the afternoon, but I'm going to axe the pork spit as it takes too much attention when I need to be getting other things ready.
We are expecting a couple of guest kegs again this year, if everything goes to plan. If you haven't spoken to me but are keen to test your creation on some discerning palates, let me know so we can plan the keg rotation in advance.
Hope this date works for people as I know December is a busy time of year. This was the only date that we could do!
